Be Fitness

I grew up playing sports and was always really active in my youth. In my mid 20’s I had an office job and spent 8-10 hours a day sitting behind a desk. I gained a ton of weight at my heaviest weighing 230lbs. With the housing market crashing in 2008 I lost my job and decided to get healthy.

In a year’s time, I completely changed my body and got into the best shape of my life. Friends and family couldn’t believe the transformation I went through. I then started helping my close friends and family members to make the changes necessary to get healthy and strong. And thus my love and passion for helping people began.
